What’s the key to a successful school nutrition program? If you work in education, you know the answer is increasing student participation in meals. But if you’re like most K-12 schools around the nation, this is easier said than done, especially during a time of supply chain issues and staffing shortages.
To increase participation and drive more revenue, schools are applying innovative methods such as using micro-markets, serving meals outside the cafeteria (classrooms, hallways, and curbside), and engaging administrators, staff, and families. Register for this upcoming session co-hosted by education experts at Hubert and AFHK to learn more about current trends in school meal programming and equipment, and support available through Hubert and AFHK.
