The 3rd annual Take Your Parent to PE Week will take place September 23-27, 2019. Sponsored by the Active Schools movement, Take Your Parent to PE Week is a fun, immersive way to introduce parents to the physical education program and teachers at their child’s school. The weeklong campaign encourages parents to engage with PE throughout the year and inspires families to be physically active together at home and in the community. This 30 minute webinar is meant to encourage participation for anyone interested, including school staff and parents. We’ll cover this history of the campaign, our goals for this year, and all the tools available to host a fun and successful event.
