Every Kid Healthy Week (April 22-26, 2024)
Every Kid Healthy Week: What is it?
Every Kid Healthy™ Week is an annual celebration of school health and wellness achievements. It takes place during the last full week of April – each day shines a spotlight on the actions schools and families are taking to improve the health and wellness of their kids. We also highlight the link between nutrition, physical activity, mental health and learning – because healthy kids are better prepared to learn and thrive!

Every Kid Healthy Week: How do I take part?
Anyone can get involved in Every Kid Healthy Week!
- Play! We’ve created a super simple – and super fun – way for you to get involved in Every Kid Healthy Week. Choose your daily activity (or activities!) from our bingo card, and join in the fun!
- Share! Let us know how you are getting on with your bingo card! Tag us @act4healthykids on Instagram, @ActionforHealthyKids on Facebook, or @act4hlthykids on Twitter and use #EKHW24 so we can see—and share—whatever everyone is doing!
- Fundraise! Help us help more kids to get healthy! All you need to do is set up a Facebook fundraiser here, and share it far and wide. Post your bingo card activities to generate interest and spread the word!

Take action during Every Kid Healthy Week.
Anyone (students, parents/caregivers/families, educators, school administrators, community members, businesses) can take action during Every Kid Healthy Week by following the Every Kid Healthy Week daily themes or building your own activities based on your needs or schedule. Get daily activity ideas here.
Action for Healthy Kids was created to build strong communities where all children have the nourishing foods they need to learn and thrive, the age-appropriate physical activity they need to be happy, healthy, and ready for learning. Together, we can help kids and families thrive
