Nearly 1 in 3 children in America between ages 2 and 19 is obese or overweight. With your support, we can help these kids learn to eat right, be active every day – and be ready to learn in school.
By donating to Action for Healthy Kids, you share our mission to work with schools, parents, students, professionals, volunteers and others to improve nutrition and physical activity in our schools and help kids learn lifelong habits to be healthy and be better prepared to be successful in school and life.
How far will your donation go?
Every donation makes a difference. For example:
- $25 – will help a child get a healthy school breakfast for a month
- $50 – will provide fitness equipment for a PE class for a school year
- $100 – will allow a school to offer healthy meals and snacks for a school year
- $500 – will help teens transform their high school into a healthier place
